Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Place your order and we undertake if it is possible to sell the product immediately, that your order will start within 24 hours.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can use one of the following payment methods to settle your order.

The payment methods we provide are:

1. Cash on delivery

Payment for the products can be made in cash upon receipt at the place you have declared through the courier company acs that we work with at a cost of 4 euros, there may be a difference in price due to inaccessible area.

For orders over 59 EURO, shipping costs are FREE.

The cash on delivery charge is € 2. As a method of payment is valid only in Greece.

For shipments to Cyprus and European countries, the payment will be made only by bank deposit, and the shipment will be made through ELTA with a charge of 10 euros, there may be a price variation depending on the weight.

2. Bank deposit

3. Payment by credit card

The repayment of the amount of your order can be done immediately, easily and with absolute security, with any credit/debit card type Mastercard, Visa etc.

The credit card payment process is done in a completely secure environment through ALPHA BANK.

During the process of purchasing products using a credit card, your personal information is not stored or disclosed in our online store, but is transferred exclusively to the bank and is protected in accordance with the legislation on personal data protection.

The debit of the credit/debit card will be done with the execution and sending of your order from our store.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payments platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

4. Collection and payment from the store

RETURN POLICY

If the product you received is not satisfied and you changed your mind you can return it or exchange it. In order for the return to be accepted, however, you must:

1. The product must be unused and in the same original condition as you received it, without any possible labels and stickers being removed.

2. The packaging of the product must be the original without being incomplete or worn and be sealed. The cases of the glasses, the cloths and the other products should be returned together and should be in excellent and equal condition.

3. All the documents that accompanied the product, such as the retail receipt or any other promotional material, marketing, etc., must also be intact and in excellent condition.

In any case, the maximum time limit for return or replacement of products is ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery of the products based on the receipt documents.

All products upon return are checked in the Service section for any signs of wear before any exchange or credit.

As long as all the above conditions regarding product returns are met, we will refund or credit the value of the products within ten (10) days from the date of receipt at our place.

Your refund will be made by depositing the amount within ten (10) days in a bank account that you will indicate to us.

The return cost is borne by the customer.

The Company bears no responsibility for any damage and wear of the Products after their use and in no case is obliged to replace.

Returns of products charged by our company

You have the right to return the product you received at no charge to you if, through our proven fault, incorrect pricing products were sold or poor quality products were sold (defective product).

All products to be shipped are carefully inspected and packaged. In case the packaging is damaged or violated during the delivery of the order, do not accept the receipt and contact us.

Unacceptable returns

1. Contact lenses and contact lens fluids are non-refundable.

2. All discount products -50% have no right of return or replacement with another product.

3. Returns of products made to special order at the request of the customer.
